Please fill out forms sent to your email for treatment planning. If forms are not filled out prior to the first appointment that time will be taken off your scheduled massage time. When booking an appointment for another person please use their information for legal purposes. Payment is cash, debit or credit. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged the full fee along with no shows. Due to people not showing up for their booked appointments a credit card will now be required to book an appointment and applicable fees will be charged as stated in the forms.
A full assessment can be performed which entails postural assessment!, range of movement, complete history and palpation which can better help to access issues. This will require extra booking time. In order to book this please contact me at 306-838-3250.
