At this time I am not accepting pre-natal clients. Time is allotted for a brief assessment at the beginning of all appointments, and at the end of the appointment to evaluate movement, identify restrictions, and track progress.  Each session is customized to fit your individual needs,, integrating targeted massage techniques including Rapid Neurofacial Reset. 

Rapid Neurofacial Reset is a neurologically based approach that works with body's nervous system to decrease pain,  quickly release tension, and improve range of motion.
